ATC partners with clients with our experienced team of recruiters and schedulers to address chronic staff shortages, vacancies from vacations or leaves, holiday coverage, or last minute call offs. There is a staffing coordinator available at all times to answer a call.

We provide highly qualified health care professionals to a multitude of leading healthcare facilities. Our highly skilled Health Care Associates (HCAs) are thoroughly credentialed and screened according to the Joint Commission standards. We utilize state of the art recruiting and tracking tools to provide the most qualified HCA for your needs.

ATC services include per diem staffing, contract staffing (from one week to 13 weeks), travel nursing, temp-to-perm, and permanent placement.
